I am a Bachelor of Arts graduate from the University of KwaZulu Natal (Durban), where I majored in History and isiZulu language. In 2018, I enrolled for a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education majoring in the teaching of History and Zulu FET phase. Later in 2018, I also completed a short course in writing and presenting for a wide range of purposes, audiences and context under MacMillan Education. I have worked for MacMillan Publishers as a freelance writer, proof-reader and an editor for Nguni Languages and have worked as a high school teacher for two years.
I strive to completing and furthering my studies with the focus on teaching and learning of Nguni languages.
As a cultural ambassador, I have interest in learning other African, American and European languages and cultures.
