Jane Abel is a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) in Swahili and a Teaching Assistant in the Department of African Cultural Studies at UW–Madison. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Education in Linguistics and Literature from the University of Dar es Salaam. Jane’s academic and professional interests center on language teaching and cross-cultural exchange.
