Matters to be discussed in open session:

1. Open meeting procedures
2. Approval of 2 May minutes (available in EC Box folder; send corrections to Bach prior to meeting; if none received, approved by automatic consent)
3. Proposed revisions to ACS Tenure Guidelines
4. Proposal to fund graduate students to virtually attend ASA (cost $75×11=$825)
