Contact the Department
For frequently asked questions, please check the Department Handbook Library and Knowledgebase (http://kb.wisc.edu/african/). If you do not find answers to your questions on the KB then please contact the department office or a faculty advisor!
Please share your feedback with faculty and staff, and send any suggestions or ideas to the department office at email@example.com. Students may also get more involved with the department and through its committees and through the Students of African Languages & Literature (https://african.wisc.edu/sall) student group.
Concerns about health or safety require immediate attention. The Division of Student Life maintains a list of on- and off-campus resources for such assistance at http://www.students.wisc.edu/home/need-immediate-assistance/. If you have a health or safety concern that is within the department's power to address, please also contact the department office at firstname.lastname@example.org and the department chair.
Whenever possible and appropriate, students should communicate their concerns with faculty or staff. Students may also bring up any concerns with the department chair or the Division of Student Life.
